What do property managers do?
That depends on your property, your portfolio, and your investment goals. Generally, we’ll take care of the leasing, management, and maintenance, as well as any accounting and tenant relationships.

We are licensed in CA and other states. We have property management accounts.
What areas do you serve?
We’re based in in the East Bay, California, and we work with real estate investors all over the country.
Do you work for tenants or property owners?
It’s important to establish positive and professional relationships with both owners and tenants. We work for the owners and we also respond to the needs of tenants while holding them accountable to the lease agreement and our expectations.
Do I have to allow pets on my property?
You don’t have to allow pets. You do have to allow service animals and emotional support animals.
I’m a tenant looking for a place to live. How do I apply?
We encourage you to see the property before you apply and to make sure you meet all of our rental qualifications. Then, we’d be happy to direct you to our online application.
How is rent collected?
We can collect rent in several different ways, but most tenants find it easiest and most convenient to pay rent online.
